On Sunday, 6 August 2023, starting at 6:00 AM EDT, our partner will be applying a patch to the MS Teams Connector applications to implement various improvements in user provisioning and call handling. During this maintenance window, calls in progress may be interrupted for a period not exceeding 15 minutes. No impact is expected on other services.
This maintenance was previously attempted on July 30, but was reverted due to an unforeseen regression. The regression has been resolved for the upcoming maintenance.
